To get Ectoplasm in Blox Fruits, just hunt down the NPCs (Non-Player Characters) on the Cursed Ship, especially the Ship Deckhands and Ship Engineers. They'll drop Ectoplasm after you defeat them!

Just go to the Cursed Ship and beat up some Ship Deckhands and Engineers. Ectoplasm drops from them.
