Look for the annoying blue Egg Thief near the start, then just keep chasing him and flame him when you catch up. Easy peasy!

Alright, to get that egg in Alpine Ridge, you need to chase down the Egg Thief. It's hiding near the beginning of the level, so once you spot him, just chase him down and flame him to grab the egg. Happy hunting!
