To get every town slime in Terraria, you gotta be a bit of a Slime Whisperer. First, make sure you're in a world that's got slimes hopping around - they're pretty much everywhere. Next, you want to grab yourself a Slimy Saddle or a Slime Statue to help attract them. Remember, patience is key, and make sure to check different biomes! Some slimes are picky about where they hang out.
Town slimes? Do you mean the friendly slimes you can have in town? If so, you can't really 'get' them like pets. Some NPCs sell items like the Slimy Saddle which summons a rideable slime, but that's about it. Would be cool though!
