Crafting Exergis requires the blueprint from the Necraloid Syndicate on Deimos. Once you have the blueprint, farm the necessary resources and you're good to go!
Exergis drops from some random missions and enemies, but the best way is to just get the blueprint from the Syndicate on Deimos.
You buy the Exergis blueprint from the Necraloid Syndicate in the Necralisk, but you'll need to rank up to the rank of 'Modus' first.
