Complete it, and you'll get access to a Hydra jet parked at your airstrip. It's a bit of a grind but hey, nothing good comes easy, right?
Easiest way? Sneak into the military base, Area 69, located in the desert. Be ready to face heavy resistance though, 'cause they don't just hand those jets out like free samples at a grocery store.
