Catching fireflies in Terraria is super easy but timing is key! Wait for nighttime as that's when they spawn. You'll need a bug net, which you can buy from the Merchant NPC for 25 silver coins. Then just walk up to a firefly and swing the net! Best places to look are above grassy areas and near water.

IDK why everyone makes a big deal out of catching fireflies. Just run around at night with a net. Easy.

To grab some fireflies, make sure it's night in your Terraria world. Then, just wander around with a bug net until you see those glowing beauties. Swing your net at them and voila, you've got yourself some fireflies!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
