Reaching level 700? Nice! To get fragments, start by defeating the Raid Boss in Raids or by completing quests from the NPC quest givers. Don't forget to challenge Blackbeard for a big fragment drop! Good luck!

Hey, congrats on reaching level 700! For fragments, hop into Raids, especially the Elemental Raids. You can also take down Sea Beasts for a decent amount of fragments. Happy hunting!
