The Fresh emote in Fortnite was part of the Season 2 Battle Pass, so unfortunately, there's no way to get it now if you missed it back then.

I got the Fresh emote back in Season 2, and as of now, you can't get it anymore. It's one of those rare OG emotes! Keep an eye on the Item Shop, though; Epic Games might surprise us someday!

Sadly, the Fresh emote is no longer available for purchase or unlock in the game. You'll have to wait and see if it ever comes back to the Item Shop, but don't hold your breath!

Simple answer: you can't get the Fresh emote anymore. It was exclusive to Season 2.
