To get fully infected in Subnautica, you need to visit the Disease Research Facility in the Lost River biome. Just interact with the machinery there and boom, you're infected!

Just keep playing normally, you'll eventually get infected by coming into contact with various creatures. It's almost inevitable.

I got fully infected after exploring the Blood Kelp Zone and interacting with Warpers. Those guys love spreading the infection around!

You can speed up getting fully infected by interacting with infected flora and fauna, especially those in the deeper biomes. Seek out those alien peepers!
