To get the Galaxy skin, you had to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or Tab S4 back in 2018. Sadly, it's not available anymore! For the 15,000 V-Bucks, you can purchase them directly from the in-game store or participate in Fortnite's occasional V-Bucks giveaways.
