Gambit's a rare card you can unlock as you progress through the game. Keep leveling up your Collection Level by playing matches and upgrading your cards. Once Gambit pops up as a reward at certain levels, you'll have him added to your deck!

Short answer: Just play the game! Gambit will eventually show up as a reward for leveling up. No shortcuts, just the grind.
