Just grind the Exploiter Orb boss fight in Orb Vallis. It's a bit of a grind, but worth it for Garuda's claws! Good luck!

Forget the grind and just buy it off the Market! Time is money, my friend.

To get Garuda Neuroptics, you need to complete the Vox Solaris quest on Fortuna. This will unlock the Garuda Blueprint, and you can farm her component blueprints from the Exploiter Orb in Orb Vallis. Happy hunting, Tenno!

I got my Garuda Neuroptics by farming the Exploiter Orb on Fortuna. Took a few tries, but patience pays off!

If you want Garuda Neuroptics, do the Vox Solaris quest to unlock the Exploiter Orb fight, then farm it for drops. It's that simple.
