Special events are your friend. Keep an eye on the game calendar!
You can get gingerbread bears by completing quests during special events, like Bee-mas! They might also drop from mobs or appear in the Gingerbread House if you claim it daily.
Just do a ton of quests and check the Gingerbread House regularly. It's a grind, but worth it!
