Glitter's also a reward from quests, so keep grinding those tasks given by NPCs like the Polar Bear or Science Bear.
The easiest way by far is to just find it in the Night Time Transformation events in the game. Keep an eye out for the sparkles!
Check out the Memory Matches and Wild Windy Bee drops; they sometimes give you glitter. Gotta love those sparkly surprises!
