Make sure you've downloaded the V4 demo from the official Crypton Future Media website. Install Vocaloid Editor for Cubase (if you haven't already), then follow the readme file in the demo folder. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just read the installation instructions. If the demo still doesn't work, your computer might not meet the system requirements.
