Go to the Tenno Lab in your clan dojo and you’ll find the blueprint for Helios there. Farm the necessary materials, and you're good to go!

You can get the Helios Sentinel by purchasing it from the market for 15,000 Credits! Just head to the Tenno Lab in the dojo for the blueprint.
