You need to finish the Hero Mode campaign using the Charger for every single level. It's a commitment, but squid kids were born for this!

To unlock the Hero Charger in Splatoon 2, you must complete all levels in the Octo Canyon using the Charger weapon. It's a bit of a grind, but you can do it!
