To get honeycombs in Slime Rancher, you'll need to craft an apiary using the Fabricator in your ranch's Lab Expansion. Once you've placed the apiary in either the Moss Blanket or near the wild Honey Slimes, it'll extract honeycombs over time!

When I first started, I placed my apiaries in the Indigo Quarry by accident. Let's just say I learned the hard way where honeycombs come from! Make sure to stick to the Moss Blanket for the best results.
