Getting an ID card in PUBG Mobile is simple! Go to your Profile, tap the Settings icon, and select 'Rename Card' if you want to change your username.

Been playing PUBG Mobile for years. The 'ID card' is actually just your Player ID and username. You can find it on your profile page, but changing your username requires a Rename Card, which you can buy using G-Coins or earn through events.
