Deck 12 is located in Orb Vallis on Venus. Look for an entrance beneath the big bridge in the southeast area - can't miss it!
Just walk in, it's not that hard. Look for that big ol' broken bridge in Orb Vallis, and you're golden.
Getting to Deck 12 is easy! Go to Fortuna on Venus and then enter the icy caves of Orb Vallis. Find the entrance under the large broken bridge.
You need to head to Fortuna on Venus, then take your K-Drive and race to the underground cave entrance from the surface of Orb Vallis. It's under a huge bridge!
