Honestly, it's all about following the True Pacifist Route. Make friends with everyone and then go back to Alphys' Lab after fighting Asgore.

To get into the Secret Lab in Undertale, you need to complete a Neutral or True Pacifist Route and receive a letter from Alphys. Then, head to the True Lab elevator in Alphys' Lab!
