Simply get the Helminth Cyst on your Warframe and then interact with the Incubator to infect the Kubrow egg. After some waiting, you’ll have a Helminth Charger pup!

You can get an infected Kubrow by incubating a Kubrow egg with an Incubator Power Core and using a Cyst infection from the Helminth Charger. Let the Cyst mature for 7 days, then drain the cyst into the egg. Voila, you'll have an infested little buddy!
