You can't actually get 'jailed' in Theme Park Tycoon 2, but you can trap park visitors by surrounding them with walls or fences. Just make sure you don't leave them stuck for too long, or your park rating might drop!

You can trap guests by building rides and paths in a way that blocks them in, but there's no official 'jail' mechanic in the game.

Just make a maze of pathways that leads to nowhere. They'll be stuck, but there's no actual jail.
