Just fight players with a red 'Evil' tag above their heads; each defeat nets you some Karma. Easy peasy!
Only two ways to get Karma: Either you hunt negative Karma players, or you meditate at the right rank.
To gain Karma, you can also meditate at the Soul Training Area, but you must be at least a Light Learner rank for this to work.
