Lithium can be found in the Mushroom Forest biome. Just look for those big, glowing tree-like mushrooms and you'll spot it!
Just scan the sea floor around the Floating Island and the surrounding areas. There's plenty of lithium if you keep an eye out.
Lithium is scattered around the Sparse Reef and the Mountain biomes. I recommend the Mountain—lots of resources there!
Honestly, I just use the Prawn Suit and go ham on the Sea Treader's Path. It's like a lithium jackpot down there!
