You can get mage items by grinding dungeons on higher difficulties. The higher the difficulty, the better the loot drops!
Check the in-game shop regularly. Sometimes you can find powerful mage items available for purchase with Gold, which you earn by completing dungeons.
Just spam the hardest dungeons and pray to RNGesus. You'll eventually get what you need... probably.
Join a team with experienced players. Not only will you clear dungeons faster and more efficiently, but you'll also increase your chances of getting better mage items.
