Always equip a Relic before starting a Void Fissure mission. Cracking open Relics is the primary way to get Void Traces.
Do endless missions like Survival or Defense in Void Fissures. The longer you stay, the more relics you crack open, the more void traces you'll get!
Honestly, just spam high-level Fissure missions. That's the way to do it.
Use a resource booster if you want to double your void traces gained. It makes a big difference!
