Sorry, Mewtwo is not in Super Smash Bros Brawl. However, you can find him in Melee and the later installments like Smash 4 and Ultimate!

Mewtwo isn't in Brawl, but if you really want to play as him, you can use mods like Project M! It's a fan-made mod that brings Mewtwo (and other characters) into the Brawl engine.
