You can't get more butterscotch pie once you eat it, but you can save it for the final boss if you hold onto it!
Restarting the game is your only option to get another one. Maybe try a different playthrough style each time?
Just don't eat it! Keep it in your inventory for those tough battles, especially against Asgore. You'll thank me later!
