You can connect an external USB 3.0 hard drive! Just plug it in, format it on your Xbox, and you’re good to go (but note, you can't play Series X/S games directly from it).

First-hand experience here: I use a 2TB Seagate external hard drive. Works great for storing and playing Xbox One games and keeps my internal storage free for Series S titles!

Easy peasy! Get an official Seagate Storage Expansion Card. It's pricey, but it’s the best way to max out your storage without fuss.
