Just buy it. Seriously, if you're loaded with Gold, save the time and buy wood from Robin at the Carpenter's Shop. It's fast, it's easy, and no trees get hurt in the process.

Wood is everywhere! Besides hacking down trees, don't forget to smash those driftwood pieces on the beach with your axe. Free wood and you're cleaning up the environment, talk about a win-win.

Chop, chop, chop! The best way to gather wood is by chopping down trees and clearing out the stumps on your farm. Each tree gives a decent amount of wood, but don't forget to replant with seeds so you don't run out of trees in the future. Also, explore the woods south of your farm for more trees and check the Carpenter's Shop, where you can buy wood directly if you're in a pinch or just swimming in Gold.

Pro tip: Keep an eye on the traveling cart that shows up south of the farm in Cindersap Forest on Fridays and Sundays. Sometimes, you can snag some wood or hardwood at a decent price, plus other interesting items.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
