How to Get Music Off Xbox 360 Hard Drive
Unfortunately, you can't directly copy music from your Xbox 360 hard drive to a PC. The best workaround is to burn the music to a CD using the Xbox’s music player and then rip the CD on your computer.

You'll have to use a USB drive or CD to make the transfer. No direct PC transfer, sorry!
I've done this myself! Just pop a USB drive into the 360, navigate to your music, select the songs, and save them to the USB. Easy peasy!
You can try using a USB flash drive! Just connect it to your Xbox 360, copy the music files over to the USB, and then plug the USB into your computer to transfer the files.
