You can't get completely naked in PUBG Mobile, but you can strip down to your undies! Just remove all your character's clothing items in the inventory screen.

Just go into your character's inventory and unequip everything. You'll be left in underwear, which is as close as you can get to naked in the game.

There's no way to get fully naked in PUBG Mobile. However, unequipping all items leaves your character in underwear, the maximum 'naked' state.
