To snag the Nebula Blaze in Terraria, you're gonna need to duke it out with the Celestial Towers. First off, make sure you've reached the Lunar Events by defeating the Lunatic Cultist. Once you've done that, head over to the Nebula Pillar, it's the pinkish-purple one, can't miss it. Take down all the enemies it throws at you until the shield drops, then demolish the pillar itself. It'll drop Nebula Fragments. Gather 18 of those shiny bits, head to an Ancient Manipulator, and craft your very own Nebula Blaze. Happy blasting!
Just smash the Nebula Pillar and craft it with the fragments. Easy peasy.
