Honestly, just to be clear, trying to get 'no recoil' in ways other than game mechanics could get you banned. Stick to practicing in the firing range and using game-allowed attachments and techniques.
Lol, just pick up a Spitfire and spray. But seriously, mastering recoil comes down to muscle memory. Play a lot, and eventually, you'll get a feel for each weapon's kick.
Forget no recoil, just run up close and personal with a shotgun. Who needs to aim at a distance anyway?
