To dive into GTA 5 Online on your Xbox One, first, make sure your console is connected to the internet. Next, you'll need a copy of GTA 5 (obviously). Fire up the game, and after you land in the main menu, just scroll down to the 'Online' option. Hit that, and you're good to go! Remember, though, you gotta have an Xbox Live Gold membership to play any online multiplayer games.

Just grab a Xbox Live Gold, connect your Xbox One to the net, and select 'Online' from the GTA 5 menu. Easy peasy.

Honestly, it's not rocket science. Xbox Live Gold is the key. No Gold, no online. Simple as that.
