Hold down the touchpad (PS) or the back button (Xbox), select 'Exit Director Mode', and you're done. End of story.

Easy peasy! To exit Director Mode in GTA 5, just hold down the touchpad if you're on PlayStation or the back button on Xbox. This brings up the quick menu, then navigate to the 'Exit Director Mode' option and select it. Voila, you're back to causing chaos in the regular game mode!

Just hit Alt+F4, it exits every mode. Just kidding, don't do that. Use the touchpad or back button method mentioned above.

tbh, just yank out the console's power cord, works every time. Okay, maybe don't actually do that. Seriously, the touchpad/back button trick is the way to go.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
