When you're in the castle and encounter the Royal Guards, make sure to equip the Stained Apron for that extra healing. Then, you can start by cleaning RG01's armor. Keep cleaning until he's uncomfortable, and then flex your muscles at RG02. This will make them lower their defenses and you'll be able to spare them!

To get past the Royal Guards, first clean RG01's armor and then flex your muscles at RG02. After a bit, they'll feel uncomfortable and let you through.

Cleaning RG01's armor and flexing at RG02 is the key. They'll feel awkward, and you'll be able to spare them and move on.

Just clean RG01's armor and then flex at RG02. They'll get flustered and step aside. Easy peasy.
