To get Pink Solution in Terraria, you're gonna need to buddy up with the Steampunker NPC, but there's a catch. She sells it only when she's living in a Hallow biome. So, you've gotta move her into a nice Hallow-themed house. Once she's settled and loving the vibe, check her shop inventory, and voila, Pink Solution should be up for grabs.
