You can get Pipe V2 by upgrading your original Pipe weapon. First, you need to make sure you have the regular Pipe from the Weapon Dealer. Then, gather Rare Scrap, Mystic Droplet, and Magma Ore. Finally, visit the Blacksmith NPC located in Alabasta to upgrade to Pipe V2. Good luck!
