Super easy peasy! Just pop open the settings in Valorant, head over to the 'Crosshair' tab, and fiddle around with the settings. Specifically, you wanna decrease the 'Inner Lines' and 'Outer Lines' lengths to 1 or 2, and bump up the 'Inner Line Offset' to max. This should give you that neat plus-shaped crosshair. Play around with the thickness and opacity to make it perfect for you!
Honestly, why bother? The default crosshair is fine. Changing it to a plus won't make you play better. #JustSaying
