Getting the Pocket Mirror in Terraria is all about patience and persistence! You'll need to head to the Hallowed biome and start taking down Hallowed Mimics. These are special enemies that drop the Pocket Mirror, among other items. You can find them naturally or summon them using a Key of Light in an empty chest. Keep at it, and soon enough, one of them will drop the Pocket Mirror for you. Good luck!
