You'll need to farm Thunder God in Upper Yard. Gotta have at least 180 mastery on Rumble. Happy grinding!
Just hit up Thunder God for the first form. Max out that mastery and upgrade later when you can. EZ.
For the Pole (2nd Form), you need to have 450 mastery on Pole (1st Form) and meet Yoshi in the Third Sea. Good luck!
