Sorry, but Poochy isn't available in Super Mario Odyssey. You can, however, see him in some of the game's artwork and snapshots.
Unfortunately, you can't get Poochy in Super Mario Odyssey as a companion. That said, he does make some adorable cameos in the game's Snapshot Mode!
Poochy's not in Super Mario Odyssey鈥攁t least not in any interactive way. He's part of the fun Easter eggs and references throughout the game.
