Mining is your best friend when hunting for a Prismatic Shard! Hit those Mines and Skull Cavern hard. Go as deep as you can in the Skull Cavern since your chances increase the deeper you go. And don't forget to bring plenty of bombs and food to stay in the fight longer. Luck also plays a big role, so try going on days when your daily fortune is at its highest!

Honestly, just keep playing. Prismatic Shards are rare for a reason. They're not supposed to be easy to come by. Part of the Stardew Valley charm is the grind and the eventual payoff when you finally find one!

Fishing treasure chests, believe it or not, can also net you a Prismatic Shard. Equip a Magnet or Treasure Hunter tackle to increase your chances of finding treasure chests while fishing. It's a bit of a long shot compared to mining, but it's a more relaxed way if mining ain't your jam.

Omni Geodes are a sleeper hit for finding Prismatic Shards. Trade them in at the Blacksmith and cross your fingers. It's a numbers game, so the more Omni Geodes you have, the better your chances.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
