Just grab a mining laser from Cetus and wander around the Plains of Eidolon. You'll usually find Radian Sentirum in the big deposits and Heart Nyth in the blue ones. Easy peasy.

Speaking from experience, you'll have the best luck if you head out to the Plains of Eidolon at night. Radian Sentirum and Heart Nyth seem to glow a bit more under the moonlight. Make sure you've got your Mining Laser!
Hunt for Radian Sentirum and Heart Nyth in the Plains of Eidolon! Equip your Mining Laser from Old Man Suumbaat in Cetus, and look for Sentirum deposits usually found on rocks. Nyth can be found in the smaller blue mining nodes. Happy mining, Tenno!
Honestly, the best way to get them is pure luck while mining. Keep at it and you'll find some eventually.
