Just use the console command 'warpforward 1'. This will nudge the Seamoth forward and free it from whatever it's stuck on!

Hold on tight and ram it with your Cyclops! It’s a risky move, but it can get your Seamoth unstuck and adds some adrenaline to your dive!

If you can't use console commands, try building a base right next to your stuck Seamoth and using a moonpool to dock it. Sometimes, forcing it into the moonpool can free it up!
