Hey there! To get silicone rubber in Subnautica, you need to find Creepvine Seed Clusters. These are the glowing yellow-orange pods found on Creepvine plants in the Kelp Forest biome. Collect a few, head back to your Fabricator, and you'll be able to craft the silicone rubber from there!
