To get Sky V2 in Blox Fruits, you need to complete the Alchemist's quest on the Skylands. First, reach level 850 and head to the Upper Skylands. Once there, talk to the Alchemist NPC and collect three flowers (Red, Blue, and Yellow) to complete the quest. Boom, Sky V2 unlocked!

I just finished this! Hit level 850, go to the Upper Skylands, and find the Alchemist. He'll ask for three flowers: Red (found at night), Blue (found in water), and Yellow (randomly spawns on any island). Do this, and you'll get Sky V2!
