You'll need to be at least level 2300 and have collected 500 bones, 250 ectoplasms, and a dark fragment. Then, head to the Haunted Castle island and talk to Soul Reaper. He'll give you a quest to defeat bosses and collect more items. Complete the quest, and the Soul Guitar is yours!
First, hit level 2300. Then farm for bones, ectoplasm, and a dark fragment. Take these to the Haunted Castle and talk to Soul Reaper. Follow his quest, and voila - Soul Guitar in hand!
